DATE OF BIRTH: June 20, 2003
Jewel is a 5th Generation Echo View Puppy, now living with us at Dalamaze.
She came into our home as a seven month old puppy and from there has done
wonderful things!
The result of a loose line-breeding, Jewel is like her Dad, "Mister", and has
a lovely side gait, deep chest, correct front and rear, level top-line and tail
set. She moves like a dream and stacks like she's #1. Her excellent
attitude in the ring makes her a joy to show.
At her third show Jewel went from the classes to Best of Breed over specials
and then took a Group 1st!
Jewel started her show career with a bang, the second weekend out in
Lethbridge, Jewel finished her Canadian Championship by taking a Group 1st under respected breeder/judge Ann Hennigan
from the open class and went on to take Best of Breed and a Group First!
The rest of the weekend saw Jewel take another BOB to get her championship.
Jewel then changed to a Junior Handler, our granddaughter Cheyene, and has
shone even more in the ring. She has taken several Best of Breed and group
placements while being handled by Cheyene.
Despite limited showing in 2004, Jewel
placed 11th in Canada. Her quality and her love of showing off make her a
joy to take into the ring. We have a long show career planned for Jewel
who will now be entering the ring as a special!
